Physical Requirements
The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs.

Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed
Job Summary
This position is located off-campus in Lexington, KY at UKHC Turfland.
This position is critical to ensuring efficient clinic operations for on-site and integrated clinics and associated outreach. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising all registration and scheduling coordination staff. The incumbent will work with all staff to assess, plan, and implement clinic operations to ensure an optimum patient experience.
This position will provide administrative and clinical support while focusing on customer service and a positive patient experience. This position will have direct reports

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience with medical front office tasks such as registration, scheduling, and customer service. Leadership or supervision experience is preferred but not required.
