Its 17 appointed members represent private and public interests, including residential, low-income, chambers of commerce, business, agricultural, community and municipal consumers.<br><br><ul><li>The EEB guides the distribution of the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF). The Board also evaluates the CHEAPR Program each year. The Board elects a chair from among its membership that is unaffiliated with any administrative agency of the state.
