The Vice President of Partnerships – Parking Operators is a strategic role focused on developing and expanding relationships with private parking operators. This role is critical in aligning ParkHub's solutions to meet operator demands and drive significant revenue growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy tailored to private parking operators, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with ParkHub's solutions for parking operators.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the private parking sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of operator-focused partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Represent ParkHub at parking industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
  • Lead meetings with C-level executives, business leaders, and decision-makers within the private parking industry.
  • Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of operator-focused partnerships.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships; direct experience in the parking operations sector is essential.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating operator-based partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of parking operator business models, industry challenges, and revenue drivers.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with decision-makers and stakeholders in the private parking industry.
  • Effective negotiation, business acumen, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage with operators and represent ParkHub at industry events.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
