Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to assist with various administrative duties, reporting, compliance tracking, and filing. This role will provide temporary support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and effective documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance and departmental activities.
- Track and monitor compliance-related documents and deadlines.
- Organize and file documents in both physical and electronic formats to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist the Human Resources department with onboarding processes, employee documentation, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
