  • Community Behavioral Health Center in Quincy
The Community Behavioral Health (CBH) has an opportunity for a knowledgeable Nurse Manager who encompasses direct oversight of nursing care across various service components, including Outpatient CORE services such as the Psychiatry department, Adult Community Crisis Stabilization Unit (CCS), and Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program for both adults and children.  This role will also facilitate care integration across the continuum of services and provide direct client care within CORE outpatient services as needed. As part of the Nursing Leadership Team, the Nurse Manager will contribute to the organizational leadership and uphold the values of Aspire Health Alliance. Registered Nurse will support the integration of medical screening and services for Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) clients in collaboration with CCBHC providers and client Primary Care Providers.  
  • Community-based in Quincy and South Shore area
Unique position in the Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) program. RNswork directly with clients that live in residential group homes as well as clients who reside independently in the community.  On call rotation required for phone consultation. Valid driver’s license needed and access to personal vehicle for client transportation. This is about 75% community- based work. 
  • Community Crisis Stabilization in Quincy
Under the direction of the Adult Community Crisis Stabilization Unit Supervisor and working with the CCS LPNs and Prescribing Professionals, works to provide specialized care to adults in a 24-hour behavioral health crisis stabilization setting.  Why work as a Registered Nurse at Aspire:

 The salary range for Nurse Manager is $90,000-$108,000, based on experience The salary range for Registered Nurse is: $80,000 - $90,000, based on experience

Required Experience

  • Minimum one-year experience in an acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Recovery oriented treatment for severe mental illness (preferred) 
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
