Job Summary
UK Healthcare is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to work in the Kentucky Clinic Laboratory.
The Medical Lab Technician will register and schedule patients utilizing all appropriate systems and check insurance coverage and eligibility. This position will also manage the release of electronic orders and handle some specimen collection and processing. The candidate must be a team player and be able to take initiative.
Individual proficient in phlebotomy of all age groups is preferred.
