Position Summary:
The Manager IT Business Partner - Supply Chain will partner with our Supply Chain team, driving business performance through technology solutions. You'll plan, design, and implement systems that optimize forecasting, procurement, scheduling, and logistics. This role offers a direct impact on the end-to-end Supply Chain process.
This is a hybrid role combining collaboration and flexibility with 2 days/week in office in our Bethlehem, PA headquarters.
How You’ll Impact Results:
· Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on developing and supporting technology solutions to improve Supply Chain business efficiency.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, resolve system issues, and enhance current systems for better performance.
· Lead the development and documentation of IT requirements for Supply Chain, with a focus on MES systems (TrakSys).
· Create a systems roadmap that aligns with business priorities and process improvements.
· Manage software implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and support.
· Design and deliver data intelligence solutions to meet Supply Chain needs.
· Oversee software quality assurance, including testing and user acceptance.
· Ensure successful system deployment using ADKAR change management.
· Identify and address IT service and business process gaps.
Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience required.
· 5+ years of IT Business Analyst/Partner experience.
· 5+ years in Supply Chain within consumer packaged goods (CPG), with confectionery experience a plus.
· Proven experience in overseeing the development and implementation of Manufacturing specific software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
· Strong experience with Business Process Systems and Data Modeling, including process and data flow diagrams.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
· Knowledge of MES and manufacturing automation tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for users.
· Strong project and vendor management skills.
· Exceptional listening, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
