Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Other days and times as needed.



Job Summary

Internal Medicine is seeking a highly motivated individual to join in our research group focused on diabetes research. The position provides an exciting opportunity to work with basic and translational research at the University of Kentucky.

This individual will perform and document a variety of laboratory experiments and procedures using established protocols and order all lab supplies following established regulations. This individual is also expected to carry out the daily activities of the laboratory. This position will require working flexible hours as necessary.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Required previous experience working within a basic laboratory environment.

Preferred Education/Experience

Medical experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
