  • Ensure service level standards are maintained for the Purchase of mortgage loans submitted to funding
  • Validate loan data and loan purchase calculations to ensure the mortgage loan is accurately purchased from the Correspondent Seller
  • Review the HUD-1 (Closing Disclosure), Note, Wire Instructions/Bailee Letter, Tax Information Sheet, Initial Escrow Disclosure Statement, Hazard Policy, First Payment Letter and any other document necessary to accurately determine the purchase loan balance, first payment due Texas Capital Bank and escrow balance  
  • Wire funds to the Correspondent Seller while meeting all necessary internal, client and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Other duties, as required
  • Position may require overtime


  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of mortgage operations and loan closing experience preferred
  • Correspondent or Wholesale experience preferred
  • Knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced, deadline driven, team environment
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized with the ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
