Executive Assistant
Aspire Health Alliance, a leader in behavioral health care since 1926, is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our mission of transforming behavioral health care and aligns with our values of inclusion, trust, health for all, and combating stigma. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of high-level administrative functions that are crucial to the support of our CEO and executive team. Your role will encompass managing calendars, coordinating meetings and conferences, assisting in the preparation of materials for various events, and ensuring the quality of these materials. You will also handle telephone coverage for the CEO and respond to routine and select non-routine correspondence. The handling of highly confidential and sensitive information will be a key part of your responsibilities. Serving as a liaison, you will establish effective relationships with staff and assistants within the offices of our stakeholders, requiring you to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse range of projects. Your recommendations for changes in practices and procedures will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement.

Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting high-level executives
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments
- Capability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Experience in handling confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of the Health Care industry is a plus
