A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Clinical Research, Quality Manager,

The Quality Manager provides oversight for the quality assurance activities within the Clinical Research department at Castle Biosciences, Inc. (CSTL). In this role, the Quality Manager leads and manages the Quality team, providing direction, training, and support as needed. Additionally, the Quality Manager is responsible for leading, under the direction of the Associate Director, the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System for the Clinical Research department. Key responsibilities include overseeing the management of the clinical research audit program and processes and assisting with both internal and external audits-including internal systems, trial master files, and investigator sites-to ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of activities performed in accordance with applicable regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Requirements
    • Associate degree in a related field and demonstrated experience as evidence of competency.
    • Minimum of 3 years of quality management experience required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing direct reports required.
    • Working knowledge of U.S., European, and/or global regulations and standards governing clinical research.
    • Actively displays behaviors that supports the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.
  • Preferred Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or demonstrated experience as evidence of competency.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Work from home two days a week after the initial orientation and onboarding period, typically 90 days.
