Assistant Director for the Primary Care-Population Medicine Program

The Assistant Director for the Primary Care-Population Medicine Program directs key administrative elements of the Primary Care-Population Medicine (PC-PM) Program.  

- Oversight of these key elements including the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (LIC, the third year clinical clerkship for the PC-PM Program); the Master of Science in Population Medicine program; and grant management.  

- The Assistant Director will collaborate with program leadership on curriculum development, LIC mentor faculty development and student issues/concerns.  

•    Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree strongly preferred.
•    Five to seven years related experience in an academic and/or healthcare setting.
•    Experience in staff recruitment and development.
•    Experience in program development.
•    Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
•    Experience with data collection and analysis
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, faculty, mentors and as a member of a leadership team.
•    Leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
•    Supervisory/management experience preferred.
